Current relationships
Every provider and seller link on this site goes directly to that organization’s own page, without an affiliate or tracking code. We don’t earn a commission when you follow one or buy something.
The site has no advertising and no sponsored content. No provider or seller pays to be included, to be listed in a particular order, or to change what we say.
If we add paid links
We may join affiliate programs in the future. An affiliate link includes a code that tells the seller you came from SleepApneaSelect, and the seller may pay us a commission if you buy. Before any paid link goes live, we’ll:
- replace the statement near the links with one saying we may earn a commission if you buy through them;
- label a paid action directly when its commercial nature wouldn’t otherwise be clear;
- mark paid links for search engines as sponsored; and
- update this page to describe the relationships we have.
We’ll say a commission comes at no additional cost to you only when the actual terms support it.
What money doesn’t change
- Payment doesn’t decide which options we include, the order they appear in, or what we say about them.
- Relevant options without a paid relationship stay in the comparisons.
- Links to sources, such as clinical guidance or a provider’s policy page, are never paid.
- We don’t run a paid referral service for clinicians, and we don’t sell leads.
- The Find My Next Step guide doesn’t record your choices, and we don’t share what you choose with providers, sellers, or advertisers.

Where you’ll see the disclosure
The link statement appears as plain text near the first provider or seller links on a page, not behind a hover or in fine print.
